This isn't good

anysiaWhile pillaging in Coles with Aikidomayland today, the heel of my shoe landed on something on the floor and my foot slid forward, throwing me off balance.
I managed to keep my balance,but it might have been better to have fallen. I have wrenched my right shoulder, and the area around the vertebrae spacer is very sore and spasming.
Headed to the pharmacy to get some Nurofen + or generic equivalent. Turns out the large economy size is no longer available because some assholes decided to abuse them, and then blame their bleeding ulcers on the medicine. So now, 30 tablet packets are the only ones available without pharmacist consult.
I hope I didn't do any damage.
