What a relief

It got rather warm today, so the pool and I had a date. I had to use the bike pump to top up the air a bit, but that was no biggie. After that, I climbed in. The water felt shockingly cold at first, then just refreshing. When the breeze kicked up, it was warmer in the water than out of it. :D And as before, the constant lower back ache has vanished, and I expect it to last as it has before.
