That explains why
Jan. 10th, 2009 09:35 amaikidomayland took my long bow down to Molinjer Long Bow Company, and I found out why I my knuckles and wrist being sore after using it.
The guy sent it with a quick flight string, for modern recurves, not for a long bow. The vibration caused by this string is what caused the knuckles/wrist pain.
The gent running Molinjer had the proper string in stock, and I will give it a try tomorrow. If I am still getting vibration, I can use 'string silencers'.
