Yesterday, while looking for one thing, I found something else. The brass bow sight (in mint condition with pins, spacers, instructions including the screws to attach it to the bow) that we had gotten with one of our vintage bows. I noticed on the box it has a very low price, and checked instruction sheet. Spotted the manufacturers name, and decided to look it up to see how old the bow sight was.

Was made in 1953. Does that qualify it as an antique?

I'm pretty sure something has to be 100 years old to be an antique.

I can't remember if "vintage" applies to 50 or 75 years. I think 50, so vintage is technically correct for your bow sight.

"Veteran" is just 25 years.

Grains of salt please :-)
