RECORD label Sony BMG, one of the most vocal and ferocious opponents of music piracy, has been accused of using unlawfully installed programs on its computers by a small software company.
What I do find amusing is the software manufacturer is suing for a sensible amount of money, unlike how the record industry threatening to sue 10 year old girls for $250k for downloading 2 songs.
