Funeral plans... not something I thought I would be looked upon to get done. One of us has to be the tough nut, and I have been self elected, as Wing and An are raw and fragile. I am too, but it's something I have been through before once, so can hold it together as needed. Alan is hurting, but he seems to be taking after me. Not surprising to me, but to Wing was when Alan was informed Kam died, the first thing he said "How's Wing? Is he ok?" He has been a rock for both An and Wing.

An has selected funeral director, and I went through the service booklet, and chose what aspects we have to select, and what we can ignore. Have to call to make sure we can get the day we want next week. Going to be private service, just us 4.

Have to get stationery for thank you notes.

To everyone who has sent their condolences and sympathy, we do thank you. Sorry we haven't answered them individually yet. We will.

Hang in there, luv.
Being the rock is a hard place to be, and there's a humorous pun in there somewhere to remind you to laugh, that laughter is healing, and that our loved ones really don't want us to be all somber and sad all the time when they pass.
