90 minute program work up, and supervision.

Oh am I gonna be sore tomorrow.

Overall, even though I am packing a bit more weight than I should have, my fitness is good. My left leg is abysmally weak in comparison to my right leg. It was quivering on the big leg press, whereas the right leg was having no difficulty lifting the weights.

Was told the glitch I have with the hip/rib is one of the most difficult ones to rectify, but can be if I persist. And I am nothing if not persistent.

Going to start of with going twice a week.

This is something I need to do if I ever want to get back on track. It's also something I have wanted to do for about a year, but had to wait for clearance from Doc and physio.
