First day of term

anysiaAnd again I am amazed at the enthusiam of the women attending the class! Such verve and controlled excitement. Was a great session tonight.
We got asked if we were any part of the ones whose adverts have suddenly popped up all over the area we have been teaching. We said no, they are a student group from elsewhere. Then some other funny comments (and I mean funny ha ha not odd) from the attendees about their sudden appearance. *chuckle* Not going to repeat them, but it was funny.
Have a practice session tomorrow. We have to be ready (not that that is really a worry) and know our new music. We are also going to have a few dress rehersals. There is a big difference between class practice and performance. The costuming is that heavy that it makes a difference in endurance.
Oh well, off to a warm shower and to relax a while.
