Oy, the weekend caught up me

anysiaActually, by Saturday evening, I was hobbling.

aikidomayland and my friends. Was lots of fun, except the seats at the cinema were abysmal. Emily noticed I could just stay comfortable. Of course the 2 hr wait at Dome in those horrid chairs didn't' help. By the time we were heading home, I was trying to see if I could chew through my bottom lip.
Sunday, I more or less woke up lamed. Skipped archery. Took the short 'tour guide' drive withaikidomayland . And that was just about all I could do.
P/T today was.. well, it was as if I hadn't ever gone before. Bad enough it was a 7am session. The stretches actually brought tears to my eyes. I didn't skip any part of it, but it was hard hard hard. (and just a little bit painful on a cosmic scale)
Came home, nattered with a few friends, then crashed for about an hour.
