A dancers' work is never done
Oct. 19th, 2005 09:55 pmAfter the wonder review and referrence we got from Y.W.C.A. Encore program, we are doing another workshop at the Fremantle Womens' Health Center. :) Have packed many nifty items for the attendees.
Did some adaptive work on some of the tribal jewelry. A necklace can now double as headpiece, or vice versa. Lapis, of course. I think I am addicted to the stuff.
Have decided to try a different method of viewing Mars. Go to bed early tomorrow night, and get up at 3am-ish. It will be much easier to track Mars in the western skies, as the trees and placement of the 'scope can be somewhat problematic.
Been tearing through 'Snake Hips', and I even read some of it aloud to
aikidomayland . The "Survivor" rendition of a minority voting someone out behind their backs, and then pretending it was a sudden decision was sooo familiar. You could have put 4 other names in there, and it would have been the same routine. I guess it's true, that all dancers go though that crap at least once.
Took the printer off the main desktop and hooked it up to my laptop. I need its' scanning and copying capabilities on this machine. This poor computer has more peripherals than I thought possible.
