I read on news site, that a family watched a carpet python actively stalk their dog for days, and even found the snake IN the outdoor doggie bed. However, the idiot owners didn't safeguard the dog by bringing it indoors.

Three guesses what happened to the dog.... and the first two guesses don't count. And of course they blame the snake for their inaction.

It's like the people out in the middle of the country where HUGE wedge tailed eagles live. They like catching things the size of wallabies, or rabbit sized. People insist on allowing their Jack Russell terriers to run loose, and then blame the birds for doing what they do best, hunt.

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- National Review founder and conservative commentator William F. Buckley Jr. was found dead Wednesday in the study of his Stamford, Connecticut, home, officials at the magazine said.

He achieved national attention in 1955, when he founded the National Review at age 29, and gained a following with "Firing Line," his Emmy-winning syndicated public television show, according to Contemporary Authors Online.
