Birthday bonus... went to Spotlight yesterday with passport in hand. YOu get a 10% discount on all your purchases on your birthday, but must bring proof.  Got some thermal lined curtain material to finish off the front lounge room. 

Finished measuring, sewing and hemming new curtains. Have the rod hangers up on the wall, and now all that is left to get is the dowels/curtain rods.  Then those POS vertical blinds go on the trash heap.  Go me.
