Ahh baby, it hurts soooo good!
Dec. 3rd, 2003 10:21 pmI had a therapeutic massage today, deep tissue massage. Ivo really helped me with the rotator cup on my right arm, and getting some more flexibility in my right arm and shoulderblade. I have been having trouble with strength and motion with that arm for a long long time. There is a lot more mobility in it now. Hurt like hell to get it, though.
Then he attacked a stubborn tendon in my hip. That damned thing has been catching and popping like a set of cracked knuckles for quite some time too. What I was worried about was that what I was feeling, the pain and stiffness, was either back problem, or heavens forfend, hip socket problem. I am grateful that it is just a glitchy tendon.
Starting to stiffen up with a touch of soreness. Ivo did mention this would happen. Have already had the hot shower, and will go to heat packs. I am quite sure that by tomorrow I will have livid bruises like last time, and will be hobbling around like a septuagenarian after a marathon. Hobble hobble. Maybe I can guilt hubby into cooking dinner tomorrow? ;) .... Ohhh, I hear a hot pack with my name on it calling me..such a siren song.
