anysiaHave a performance today, during the St Patricks Day parade. Hamstring is acting up. Stepped on an uneven brick on a sidewalk Friday night, and I guess I twigged it then. Heated wheat bag seems to be doing the trick. It doesn't hurt as much today as it did yesterday, so I should be fine.
